PUBLICATION ETHICS
The Energy ELEMENTS journal adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics and is committed to ensuring transparency, integrity, and fairness throughout the publishing process. We follow internationally recognized ethical principles and best practices for publishers, editors, authors, and reviewers established by the global scholarly publishing community.
Research Results
We strongly condemn the fabrication, falsification, or selective reporting of research data intended to mislead or deceive. Such practices constitute scientific misconduct and the misappropriation of the data or research findings of other authors. Research results must be presented accurately and clearly to ensure they can be properly evaluated, verified, and reproduced.
Authorship
All individuals who meet the authorship criteria must be listed as authors. Other contributors who assisted with the work should be appropriately acknowledged. Authors are encouraged to provide a complete list of their current institutional affiliations.
Competing Interests
Authors, reviewers, and editors are strongly encouraged to disclose any actual or potential competing interests related to a submitted manuscript. Such interests may influence editorial decisions or the objective evaluation of the publication and should therefore be declared to ensure transparency and maintain the integrity of the publication process.
Plagiarism
Energy ELEMENTS has a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism, including the reproduction of text from other works without proper attribution and the submission of multiple manuscripts with substantially similar content by the same authors. Authors must submit only original research and findings. All sources and publications that contributed to the presented results must be properly cited.
Duplicate Submission
Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to more than one journal is strictly prohibited. Any manuscript found to have been submitted concurrently to another journal will be immediately withdrawn from the editorial and peer-review process.
Corrections and Retractions
Authors are responsible for promptly correcting or retracting any significant errors identified in their submitted or published work. If the reviewers’ comments are accepted, the corresponding revisions must be clearly incorporated into the manuscript. Authors are required to submit the final version of the manuscript in accordance with the journal’s formatting and style requirements.

We invite researchers, scientists, and industry experts to publish their scientific work in our journal, providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge, innovative ideas, and research achievements.
Energy ELEMENTS is committed to meeting international publishing standards and best practices. Therefore, particular attention is given to the quality, originality, scientific significance, and relevance of all submitted manuscripts.
We encourage authors to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s guidelines to maximize the likelihood of successful publication.
Manuscript Requirements
- Originality and Scientific Significance
Manuscripts submitted to Energy ELEMENTS must present original research, demonstrate scientific novelty, and make a significant contribution to the advancement of science, engineering, or technology. Papers that lack originality, primarily reproduce existing knowledge, or do not provide sufficient scientific relevance or practical value will not be considered for publication.
- Structure and Format
Each manuscript should follow the standard structure of a scientific paper:
Title: Clear, concise, and accurately reflecting the content of the research.
Abstract (up to 250 words): A brief summary of the research objectives, methodology, key findings, and significance of the study.
Keywords (5–7 keywords): Terms that accurately represent the main topics and research areas of the manuscript.
Introduction: Presents the background, significance, and objectives of the study.
Methodology: Describes the research methods, materials, tools, and procedures employed.
Results: Presents the main findings and outcomes of the research.
Discussion: Interprets the results, compares them with previous studies, and addresses the limitations of the research.
Conclusion: Summarizes the principal findings and outlines directions for future research.
References: Must be prepared in accordance with an internationally recognized citation style (e.g., APA or IEEE) and include all sources cited in the manuscript.
- Ethics and Transparency
Plagiarism: All submitted manuscripts must be original. The journal does not accept papers with a plagiarism similarity index exceeding 10%. Every submission is screened for originality using plagiarism detection software.
Conflict of Interest: Authors are required to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest, including financial, professional, or personal relationships that could influence the research or its interpretation.
Ethical Approval: Research involving human participants or animals must have received appropriate ethical approval from the relevant institutional review board or ethics committee. Authors may be required to provide supporting documentation upon request.
- Language and Style
All manuscripts must be written in clear, accurate, and grammatically correct scientific language.
The journal accepts manuscripts submitted in any language, provided that a complete English translation is supplied. The English version must accurately reflect the content of the original manuscript and meet the standards of academic writing.
- Citation Quality and Data Availability
— All references must be relevant, up to date, and drawn from reliable and verifiable sources.
— Where research data are used, authors are encouraged to make them openly available whenever possible, enabling other researchers to reproduce the study, verify the findings, or conduct further analysis.
- Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity, fairness, and the highest standards of scientific quality.
